In my anti-plastic quest, I found this adorable set and have gotten so much use out of it. Our daughter just loves her monkey spoon and lately has started honing her skills with her parrot fork, too. The giraffe spoon has been less useful so far, just because it's too long for her to hold by herself.

The set is very well crafted and truly will last for generations. Just be advised that these are substantial pieces and are pretty heavy compared to most baby spoons. And because they're silver, we never put them in the dishwasher -- but they clean easily. Would make a great shower gift or treat for your own family.
